This compact tabletop fryer offers the capabilities of large industrial fryers in a smaller format, ideal for continuous frying of processed food products. The base model includes a thermally insulated food-grade stainless steel working bath, fine-mesh conveyor, individual thermostats for each heating element, and adjustable conveyor speed control. The controls are conveniently located on the fryer for easy operation.
Beneath the heating area, a “cold zone” captures debris, preventing oil degradation and prolonging its life. A needle valve allows controlled oil drainage, while the perforated loading tray eliminates excess breading. Optional modules, like external unloading blades, can be added for enhanced product discharge.

Operating principle
Products are placed on the conveyor, which immerses them in oil at a controlled speed for even frying. The base version, with its stainless steel conveyor, is ideal for frying nuts and other low-moisture products. It is commonly used in professional kitchens or small processing plants producing nut-based products.
