Designed for frying foods with high water content, which tend to float on the oil’s surface during frying. To ensure even and thorough frying, these products must be fully immersed in the oil. The product is securely positioned between the upper and lower conveyors, remaining stationary and submerged in oil for the set frying duration. Once the process is complete, the product is unloaded from the fryer. The synchronized drive system ensures both conveyors operate at the same speed, preventing any potential damage to the product.
Operating principle
Certain foods with high water content tend to float when deep-fried and require forced immersion beneath the oil’s surface to achieve consistent, high-quality frying.
The product is placed on the lower conveyor of the deep fryer and, before entering the frying zone, is pressed down by the upper conveyor belt. This ensures the product is fully submerged in the oil and securely held in place as it moves through the working zone at a controlled speed.
While traveling the entire length of the frying area, the product remains completely immersed in oil, ensuring even frying. The frying time is adjustable, ranging from just a few seconds to up to 50 minutes.
The maximum product height supported is up to 50 mm.
