The purpose of the paddle fryer module
The paddle conveyor is designed for uniform frying of thin and light products (eg potato chips or extruded products). The module is installed on the basic model of the tabletop universal fryer and allows you to expand the range of products. With this module, you can easily fry the following products:
- Chips
- Corn/rice snacks
- French fries
- Rustic potatoes (potato wings)
- Cassava chips – Wikiwand Cassava (Yuka) chips
- Croutons (croutons)
- Croquettes
- Pellets / extruded snacks
Advantages
- Frying time is adjustable and can be set from a few seconds up to 50 minutes
- Special shape of paddles that does not damage even the most fragile product
- Special divider at the product inlet for even distribution of the product across the entire width of the working area
- Low product loss – the bottom conveyor does not allow the product to go beyond the sidewalls or fall below the level of the base conveyor
- Simple and easy installation and dismantling
The module features a stainless steel conveyor with four paddle sections evenly distributed along the entire length of the frying zone. High sidewalls allow the product to float freely within the frying area, periodically submerging beneath the oil surface. The paddle movement and drive are perfectly synchronized with the base conveyor for seamless operation.
Operating principle
A divider at the product inlet ensures that products do not stick together, evenly distributing them across the full width of the conveyor. The blades rotate and move the product along the entire working zone, providing constant and uniform mixing for consistent frying. The paddles’ specially curved design minimizes the risk of damaging delicate or fragile products during the frying process.

- Second/upper pressure conveyor for forced immersion of the product in oil during frying
- Working table for deep fryer made of stainless food steel
- 75 litre oil reservoir* Reservoir can only be ordered with the worktable as part of it
- Automatic hot oil circulation** with filtration suitable for product pre-treatment at the fryer inlet – hot oil waterfall to fry product, close product pores and reduce product sticking
