The basic version of our mill is the ideal solution for efficiently grinding heat-sensitive materials, preventing overheating from mechanical forces. The installation features a cylindrical container with a coolant jacket, mounted on a sturdy working platform with a specialized submersible mixing device. The coolant jacket offers versatile functionality: it can heat product residues for easy cleaning after use or cool sensitive products during operation, protecting them from overheating. This feature not only enhances operational efficiency but also expands your capabilities for conducting laboratory tests on new products.
Operating principle
Processing inside the working chamber of the ball mill is achieved by mixing and rubbing the product with the help of metal balls, moved by a special stainless steel stirrer. To adjust the rotation speed of the mixing device, we recommend selecting the additional option of a frequency converter. The mixing device can be easily dismantled for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
For this model, it is recommended to purchase steel balls measuring 6 mm (0.24 inches).
