Stainless steel jam cooking pot with agitator 50-100l is an ideal solution for small production of different kind of jams, goulash, soups, fillings, sauces and many other products. The jam cooking pot is made from high quality stainless steel material – AISI 304. Suitable for hotels, small kitchens, school kitchens, catering facilities.
The stainless steel cooking pot is equipped with an agitator with two mixing elements: The lower element prevents the jam from being burnt, while the lateral one provides a good mixing of the mixture. At the bottom of the cooking pot is a special outlet with a valve were the mixture can be emptied and directly filled in the jars.

The basic version of the cooking kettle includes a working vessel, a mixing device with scrapers, and a reinforced shaft and mixer drive for processing thick and viscous products. It features a sectional opening hatch for loading the product, visual control, and access to the mixer without needing to remove the entire cover. A thermal sensor allows for visual monitoring of the processing temperature, and a hatch opening safety sensor ensures safe operation. Additionally, a large diameter outlet valve at the bottom of the working tank facilitates easy unloading.
Operating principle
Equipped with a geared agitator, the cooking kettle allows for constant stirring and mixing during cooking, preventing product from burning at the bottom and ensuring uniform heat transfer and distribution throughout the product.
The automatic cooking kettle offers various operating modes, including boiling, tempering, cooking, concentrating, and more. This versatility allows you to prepare a wide range of sauces, creams, jams, ketchups, syrups, and other liquid or paste-like products with different textures and flavors.
Heating can be performed via contact heating from an external source, with a maximum temperature of 220°C. An electric stove, available as an additional option, serves as the heating source. Secure steam outlet is located on the top of the boiler lid.
