Why are your prices EXW?

Customers who order our products come from different parts of the world. Cooking equipment, food mills, frying machines, mixers, etc. are very different in size and weight, therefore the transport costs of each device are unique, and have to be calculated separately after agreement with the customer. Some customers require assistance with preparing export documents, while others prefer to handle the paperwork themselves. Some choose to pay the transport company directly for the delivery of the equipment, while others request transportation services that include insurance. Additionally, some customers arrange their own transport, using their preferred logistics providers. The EXW price is clear and transparent for everyone. We will calculate any additional services and costs related to shipping based on the specifics of your requirements.

Do you have safety certificates for the materials used?

Yes, we only use verified and approved materials in our production process. The materials used in the manufacture of our equipment are safe for food processing. Upon request, we can provide a material certificate before you proceed with the purchase.
