This module features a stainless steel conveyor with four evenly spaced paddle sections along the entire length of the frying area. The high sidewalls allow products to float freely within the frying zone, while the blades gently submerge the products in oil, flip them over, and guide them toward the discharge conveyor (the unloading section of the lower base belt). The paddle movement and drive are fully synchronised with the base conveyor for smooth and efficient operation.

Operating principle

At the product inlet, a separator ensures that products do not stick together while evenly distributing them across the entire width of the conveyor. The paddles gently turn the product as they move it along the working length, providing constant and uniform agitation. This consistent stirring ensures even frying. The specially curved blade design minimizes the risk of damaging delicate or fragile products during the frying process.

  • Automatic hot oil circulation system** with filtration, suitable for pre-treatment of products at the inlet of the fryer – a “waterfall” of hot oil to pre-fry the product, close the pores of the product and reduce its sticking
